The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the construction of composite mill rolls, means for fastening a tire on an axis.
Composite rolls containing an axis, a shroud mounted on an axis, an end tensioning sleeve disposed between them and means for fastening the shroud on an axis, made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder and a disc spring, are known (see Aut. St. GDR No. 141466, Cl. B 21 B 27/02, 1980).
The disadvantages of the known device are the inevitable loss of working fluid in the hydraulic equipment at each change of rolls, as well as non-symmetry, resulting in increased loads on the engine.
The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of fastening of the tire on the axis and to improve the performance characteristics of the roll by achieving uniformity of the distribution of stress in its structure.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the composite rolling roll; containing an axis, a shroud mounted on an axis, a conical tensioning sleeve disposed between them, and a fastening mechanism of the shroud on the axle; the fastening mechanism of the shroud on the axle is provided with a support cup fixed by means of a prismatic key on the axle to move along it and Kana to the end of the bandage, on the inner end surface of the support cup are placed springs that interact by means of a pressure washer with the end surface of the conical sleeve, and on the inner side surface molecular glass retainers.
In this case, the means of pressing the support cup to the end surface of the bandage are made in the form of a tight nut and pre-tensioned spring plates fixed on the axis also with the possibility of moving along it interacting with the outer end surface of the support stykan.

Using a hydraulic device fixed on one side to the outer surface of the spring plate 6, and on the other on the collar 14, the spring system 5 and 6 are pre-tensioned, after which the nut 7 is tightened and the hydraulic device is removed. The design remains in the stressed state, which allows to reliably transfer the rolling moment to the roll axis.
The spring plates 5 and 6 and the clamping nut are joined by the collar 12 into a conveniently maintained unit.
A hydraulic device is also used to disassemble this device.
